Dr. Chandrika Joshi, is a Board Certified Obstetrician & Gynecologist and has been providing medical services to women since 1986.  She trained at McMaster University Medical Center, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.  After 8 years of busy private practice in Oakville Ontario, as well as serving as acting Chair person of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology of Oakville.  Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, she relocated to the Metropolitan Detroit area in 1994.

She is now one of the Senior partners of Associates in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Associates in Obstetrics & Gynecology have been providing care to women for 45 plus years. Her Practice includes Comprehensive Pregnancy care as well as Gynecologic care including Adolescent medicine, Management of menopause, diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis, and initial infertility workup and treatment.

Dr. Joshi has been providing Minimally Invasive Gynecologic surgery including Hysterectomies with daVinci Robot since fall of 2007 with majority of her patient returning home within 24 hours and back to normal activities within 2 weeks.

She also provides assessment for female urinary dysfunction including incontinence and interstitial cystitis. She offers in-office Urodynamics testing as well as testing for interstitial cystitis. She also provides surgical correction for urinary incontinence, and Gynecologic organ prolapses.  She also provides in-office procedures such as Hysteroscopy, Endometrial ablation and Essure.
 

Dr. Joshi is a graduate of Seth G.S. Medical College, Bombay University, India. She completed her residency at McMaster University, Ontario, Canada, in 1986. She also has Masters in Health Administration from CMU.
